01/06/2016 - desertjackie Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $275K in Fairway 164th, Vancouver, WA. I highly recommend Mark Krant to any individual who is interested in buying or selling a piece of property. This past summer Mark showed me a number of properties which I had been interested in seeing. A week after I returned to the desert in California, I saw a house on Zillow that my dog and I had walked past everyday. I immediately called Mark and told him I was interested in purchasing the house. I was concerned that at the new price others might be pursing this house so I relayed that to Mark. He sprang into action and by that night the purchase process was started. Mark went above and beyond -meeting with the person who inspected the house,meeting the appraiser and running over to the house to measure the spot where the refridgerator will go. Through the whole process, Mark has been a positive and helpful individual. Thanks Mark!

10/21/2015 - knepperb Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $200K in Ellsworth Springs, Vancouver, WA. I found Mark after Google failed me and Zillow proved the only valid place to read reviews on most (if not all) the bajillion real estate agents in Vancouver, WA. I sent him an email and received a phone call almost instantly. He was quick to set up a meeting to go over my wish list and budget. We set up a profile to find everything within my parameters. My situation was a bit unique, so we worked together for probably longer than a typical transaction would take. Mark was always available to answer my long but distinguished list of questions, no matter how ridiculous they may have been. He is very patient, extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly: HONEST. I'm a tell-it-like-it-is person and he was matter of fact with me in return. I know I drove the guy nuts for the 2+ months he was stuck working with me :). In the end, I found a super cute house that fit my personality and my wish list. I'm so happy with my experience. Buying a home is stressful and scary. It really helps to have someone on your side fighting the good fight with you! Thanks for everything Marky Mark! :):):)

12/28/2014 - lukehenderson919 Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $225K in Battle Ground, WA. After interviewing 4 agents it was a no brainer to go with Mark to sell our home in BattleGround WA. The first visit to our home Mark pre-viewed our home so he could do a market evaluation for us. He also gave us a to do list to get our home ready when we were ready to sell. He gave us a seller’s net sheet so we knew before we ever listed our home with him what we could expect in our pockets after closing. He staged the home, had a virtual tour done, entered our home on EVERY real estate site we clicked on, made a You Tube video, sent out post cards to all the neighbors, colored flyers and so much more. Mark sent us updates on other homes like ours on a weekly bases as well as calling us to update and stay in touch. We had our house in contract after 27 days and he negotiated that we do NO repairs. He meet the appraiser at the house to make sure the appraisal went off without a hitch. It’s by far the easy and quickest we have ever sold a home. If you’re looking for a real estate agent that is a leader, then call Mark his sets the standard in his industry. From the moment we met him at the door in his suit until we walked out the door at the escrow office after signing closing papers Mark’s knowledge, advise and professionalism was outstanding. Mark not only has the best marketing plan (In writing) on a day to day schedule of how and what to expect. He use’s postcards, virtual tours, colored flyers, you tube, google, yahoo and all the major media platforms to expose your home to buyers. Let me just say after moving 9 times with my company Mark is at least twice as good as any other realtor we have used in the last 18 years. Not to mention he sold our home in 22 days. 09/12/2014 - Thompsonthompson124 Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $350K in Vancouver, WA. I flew in from Denver Colorado as my dad passed and I was the (POA) for his estate. I called Mark on Friday afternoon and by Sunday he had my dad’s home on the market and hooked me up with an estate sale planning expert. Mark had the house under contract in 41 days! I flew in a week before closing and had the estate sale. It went off without a hitch. Mark was there every step of the way from watering the grass, scheduling the estate sale, having carpets cleaned, maid service for home cleaning and staging the home. He did it all and in less than 1 week. I think the virtual tour and Mark’s staging is what got us the just $2,500 under asking price. I wish I lived in Vancouver when it came to real estate because I have never seen anyone more organized and schedule oriented as he was. Thanks Mark for helping me through a tough time with the loss of my dad and making things so easy for me with the sale of his home.
