I had the opportunity to hire Mark Laino to sell my house. Mark was very professional and took his time explaining the process. Mark scheduled an open house on a Saturday with multiple potential buyers. At the end of Saturday I had multiple offers. Mark coordinated with me and discussed all offers that was submitted for the house. Mark helped me choice the best option. I accepted an offer less than 24 hours and the house was sold within a month. His dedication and passion for selling houses got me top dollars for my house. Mark was able to sell my house for $15,000 over asking price. I trust his decision and commitment in selling houses so much that I have hired him again to help me buy another house. Mark Laino took away the stress of the entire home buying process. He was compassionate and informative to my needs and never pressured me to make a decision. He broke the process down so it was simple for me to understand because I did not have much experience purchasing a home. You really need to consider this guy. Mark was hands down the BEST realtor. He was always available to chat, answer questions, show us properties. He was professional, attentive and provided us the comfort we needed to make such a big decision. He handled all of our "issues" with the contracts, sellers, buying process and everyone involved quickly and was able to keep myself and my husband sane throughout.
