Mark went above and beyond my expectation. Mark helped us in purchasing this property about 10 years back and now helped us in selling the property. He also helped us in coordinating all the repairs of the property. Mark took care of everything from hiring handyman and others, coordinating their visit, ensuring that the work was done satisfactorily, paying them, etc. He is one of the best in the field. Mark Malave is a great agent. He responded to my requests almost immediately. We were moving to Chicago from New Jersey so we couldn't view places ourselves. Mark went to the apartments and took videos so we could see the spaces before we moved. What's more he was able to recommend movers last minute. We plan on having him be our agent whenever we buy a house.
