Mark Tompkins

(Top 10 Team Award Winner) Mark has been with the Snipes team since the beginning and is one of the founding associates. He was part of the core group that helped to formulate the vision for our full-service boutique concept. He has helped us achieve many of the milestones of the firm, including our being one of the Top 10 Teams in Richmond by number of transactions. As our Leasing & Relocation Manager, he has overseen the record growth of the property management portfolio. Mark specializes in working with relocation clients, educating first-time home buyers and working with builders. He also has built up significant experience with creative financing strategies like seller financing and lease/options.
