Mark Tooley

“Be good to your neighbors and you will have better neighbors” Mark is active in the community as an involved parent, church member and volunteer for area charities.

Mark began his real estate career being named “Rookie of the Year” by the Greater Texoma Association of Realtors (GTAR) in 2003 and “Realtor of the Year” in 2007. And, in 2018, GTAR awarded Mark the Devoted Service Award. Mark has earned his GRI and ABR designations.

A business management graduate of Texas Tech, Mark applies the latest technology to ensure smooth, efficient real estate transactions for his clients and customers. He also draws upon a vast network of friends and acquaintances he has cultivated through community activities that include The Sherman Rehabilitation Center, the Sherman Chamber of Commerce, past board member for Greater Texoma Association of Realtors, 2013 Board Chair of the Home Hospice of Grayson County.

Mark was also an Ambassador for the Sherman Chamber and Chairman of the Board in 2008. Other community involvement includes the Denison Chamber, and Toastmasters. A 2001 graduate of the Sherman Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class, he believes in getting involved. He moved to Sherman in 1994 and believes his motto: “Be good to your neighbors and you will have better neighbors.” When not working or volunteering, Mark enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Jan, speech therapist, his three children and three grandchildren. Mark enjoys playing tennis, pickleball, golf and gardening.
