I normally only write reviews when I receive EXCELLENT service, and this is definitely an experience that needs one. My fiancé and I had started our home search with Debbie almost a whole year ago. Due to things outside of our control, we had to put our home search on hold. Not only was Debbie super excited for us and encouraging as soon as we started looking again, she stayed in touch until we were able to also. My fiancé had already owned a home previously, so as a first time homebuyer myself, she was so patient and understanding. I worked with Mark Zambito and couldn't be happier!!! He walked through a dozen houses with us and worked with our schedule on all if them. We had some closing conflicts between the lawyers, mortgage company, and sellers and he was there for all of it and straightened everything out ASAP. Kara Zambito went above and beyond as a Realtor while my husband and I were searching for a home for our expanding family. More often than not, buying or selling a home is not a pleasant experience. The folks at Zambito Realtors helped minimize my stress and made the transaction as smooth a process for me as possible. From answering late night texts and emails regarding new listings, to making appointments to view homes at times that were convenient to my schedule, to electronic signing of documents, making necessary appointments with home inspectors (and being there with me during the inspection) and follow ups necessary with sellers or sellers' agents, they were there for me all the way. When my agent was out of town, the owner himself returned my calls and emails. They patiently helped me through the process and I am very grateful for Natasha, Joanne and Mark's attentiveness and professionalism. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future if the need arises.
