Marlene grew up in Sandy, Utah, where she spent her childhood riding horses, ice skating, and developing a strong work ethic alongside her parents. From helping remodel investment homes by removing wallpaper and landscaping to assisting her dad with installing swamp coolers and air conditioning units, she learned early on the value of hard work, attention to detail, and taking pride in a job well done.
In 2004, Marlene moved to Southern Utah and earned her real estate license in 2007. She launched her career just as the housing market experienced one of its most challenging downturns. Rather than slowing down, she embraced the challenge with determination, spending countless hours making calls, knocking on doors, and building relationships. In her very first year, she helped 23 families achieve their real estate goals.
Committed to providing exceptional service, Marlene has continued to expand her expertise by earning the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), GREEN, Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations. Throughout her career, she has helped hundreds of Southern Utah families buy, sell, build, and invest in homes, guiding them through every stage of life, from first-time homeownership to downsizing and everything in between.
