Greetings All,

I had the pleasure and honor of recently working with Mr. Smith of the captioned company. He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that me and family found a beautiful home to purchase.
My uncle and his wife purchased their home through the services of
Mr. Smith in Kissimmee Florida, in the same location that I was seeking to purchase mine. They resided in New York as did my immediate family. I currently live in California,
I made contact with my uncle’s wife and requested information on their realtor. I was given Mr. Smith contact details. I called him and we spoke and I expressed what I was looking for, for me and my family. My first impression of him was that he was very pleasant and professional.
Mr. Smith sent me some houses to view virtually and immediately I knew exactly what I wanted. At last, we found a five bedroom house that was being built by Taylor Morrison Housing. During the application process Mr. Smith assisted me daily through to completion.
Mr. Smith spoke on my behalf to the builders and he ensured that they delivered as promised. At that time Mr. Smith became like family to us. Everything that needed to be done was done to make a smooth transition for us.
In the height of the COVID19 pandemic travelling by air was prohibited and I was unable to pick up my keys and do the inspections. Mr. Smith came through for me and picked up the keys and did the inspections. I am eternally grateful for him.

I am a first time home buyer and given the situation Mr Smith made the process so sea​mless I was ​provided with A class customer Service whis is rare these days. I highly appreciate Mr. Smith and without hesitation would recommend him to others who will be making similar purchases. ​A lifetime of thank you Mr. Smith.
