Marr Takeuchi

Marr Takeuchi has been successfully working with David Eitches since 2016. A native of Tokyo Japan, Mr. Takeuchi maintains lucrative business relationships with capital partners from Tokyo that have investments with Eitches Management Group. Mr. Takeuchi has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 1995 and has an office in Tokyo as well.

Prior to partnering with Eitches Management Group, Mr. Takeuchi was the founder and CEO of Reavans Corporate Services which was a Financial Planning and Mortgage company based out of Torrance, CA. Mr. Takeuchi is a certified International Property Specialist by the National Association of Realtors. Mr Takeuchi is also a member of CCIM. He is responsible for raising over $25 million in Japanese capital within his first year of partnering with Eitches.
