Marsha was brought into my real estate transaction after I had chosen a house but the realtor I had been working with was unable to handle that particular transaction for me. She stepped into the somewhat awkward situation with great delicacy and tact and was so extremely helpful! I have really appreciated her advice and discretion; she has been exceptionally well-informed and pro-active without being at all intrusive. She was aggressive about getting me the best possible deal with some extras and made certain that all the requirements for my mortgage and for transfer of warranties were met. You should be proud to have Marsha on your team. She sold my flooded home which sustained over 2 feet of water and was stripped down to the studs,in a little over 1 month! We got a fair price in a market where so many homes were also up for sale as is due to the flood. Marsha is a true gem ! I felt she truly cared about our plight and was fabulous to work with. Marsha Loring was a 'godsend'. My wife and I were not very familiar with the area and, although we had bought and owned a house elsewhere in the U.S., we did not know many of the rules and regulations that are relevant in Texas. For example, since the area is prone to flooding there were many issues that you would not have to deal with elsewhere in the country. Marsha is very experienced, she is extremely knowledgeable, and in particular, she always asks the relevant and important questions. Her input was invaluable, she continuously added to the issues in question and she backed us up 100% in all decisions we made. She was a perfect mediator between us, the seller, the lender, the inspectors and the title company. She always went the extra mile, worked for us day and night and on weekends in order to get things done in the most expedited way. Marsha was always available. No text or phone message took longer than a few minutes to be answered. And on top of that she is an excellent interior decorator with an impeccable taste. She de-facto became a third 'family member' and a very good friend along the way. We cannot have a higher opinion about her and our experience. Marsha recently helped my fiancé and me with our first home purchase. We had met with a few realtors before we decided to work with Marsha, and we are so glad we did! Marsha went above and beyond from start to finish with helping us find the perfect home. She met with us to find out exactly what we were looking for and made sure that each property she showed us was within our budget, and would suit our lifestyle. She showed us listings on houses that we’d be interested in as soon as they were on the market which we needed since we were looking to buy during a really competitive time. Also, since this was our first time buying a house, Marsha made sure to explain the entire process to us and followed up to make sure that we were on the right path to a smooth and timely closing. She never let anything fall through the cracks. She assisted us with every inspection and walk-through and was always flexible with our busy schedules. Even when we decided to cancel the contract on a house, she was patient and understanding and insisted that she would find us the right home even though we were becoming discouraged. After we closed on the house, she followed up to make sure that the builder had completed the tasks requested. She also offered to assist with anything else that came up. It has been a wonderful experience getting to know her as a professional and as a friend.
