I've sold several houses during my lifetime and Marta goes over and beyond what you would expect. She did a thorough market analysis, helped us set a realistic price, and ensured our home was staged and prepared for the open house. She hired a professional photographer to ensure great pics were posted online.

Marta is very prompt, responsive and energetic. She took extra time to prepare numerous detailed notes on background cards that she posted during the open house - highlighting our home's important features and facts that I'm sure were appreciated by prospective buyers. Final result - four offers shortly after the open house, all above our asking price. Marta was very patient with us and helped us with the decision to accept the best offer. Our closing went smoothly and we couldn't be more happy with choosing Marta as our agent!

Due to a potential job transfer from out of town, we were in a rush to view condos/townhouses in Plymouth and Minneapolis, MN areas. Within 2 days’ notice, Marta created a list to show us around immediately. At the same time, she created an account to push new listings to our emails. Marta is an amazing realtor and a person. We are so happy we found her via one of her listings, we bought our home while we were still living out of state; without her that would not have been possible: she facilitated virtual tours for us to work with our schedule and was always available to answer any questions we have.
There were some challenges finding the "right" home, she didn't give up on us but worked harder to help us find our perfect home.

Honestly the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Very professional, experienced and helpful through all stages of selling my home of over 14 years, as well as buying a home my fiancé and I will treasure together. Marta did a fantastic job with the entire process of selling our home. The most important thing we were looking for in an agent is responsiveness along with market knowledge. She was top notch with both aspects.
I called into her office first thing in the morning and she was at our home before noon that same day. We walked through the process of listing our property and within a week we had pictures taken and we were listed. Before we were even listed, we had multiple showings. A result of good networking on Marta's part.
We ended up fielding multiple offers and closed (receiving asking price) 6 short weeks from our initial call. If you are looking for an agent who is honest, hard working, has your best interest in mind and extremely responsive, Marta is your person.

We were so fortunate to have found Marta Jackson when we decided on buying a home in the Circle Pines area of Minneapolis. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We looked at this property that was on Open House and checked the realtor who was responsible for the whole process via Edina Realty. We met her at the property and quickly felt at home with respect to both the property and the realtor. We had met with a couple of realtors before Marta, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is honest, friendly and she really helped to take the pressure off of us. She smilingly walked us through the house and later we met at the Coffee shop to discuss the details. We were really tensed as it was our first time in buying the house and Marta quickly put us at ease explaining how Real estate works and how we could deal with this property. We quickly worked with the financial counterparts for credit checking and loan approval process and the team worked so very well in making an offer on our behalf without over pricing the deal by doing a thorough research on the property. The Finance counterparts who were referred by Marta were very reliable, hard working and supportive.

She was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Marta was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and patiently listening to us. We simply love the smile she carries all the time and the positive attitude with which she deals with things. She made sure things went smooth until closing despite some hiccups from our end.

She is highly qualified and knows what’s she is doing. We had a chance to meet her adorable family and they are simply wonderful people. We would recommend her to anyone who are looking at buying or selling houses.
