About Martin

More than 30 years ago, I launched my Real Estate career in Galveston, Texas, to escape the heat and the congestion of the Houston, TX Metro area. I made the move to the Northwest in April 2004.
While exploring my options, I found the mountain town known as Garden Valley, Idaho. After investigating the area's real estate activity, I interviewed and was offered a sales position at Garden Valley Properties. I soon became a top producer and acquired my Idaho broker's license. I enjoyed living and working in this small town. During the Great Recession of 2008, with little real estate activity and great consternation, I decided to move out of the mountains and seek opportunities in the Treasure Valley. I found an opportunity in Ontario, OR. Four Star's owner broker was retiring and looking for someone to take over her business. I took the Oregon Brokers Exam in 2009 and took over the Brokerage in January 2010.
From the time I took over the brokerage to today. Four Star has become an industry leader in the Greater Western Treasure Valley. Our Brokerage is full-service, offering Brokerage Services for Both Residential and Commercial Clients and property management services in Both Oregon and Idaho. We are pleased that we have been allowed to join forces with Colliers International to offer Commercial Owners of Real Estate in the area the best possible service by combining our small-town expertise with the marketing power of the country's Premier Commercial Real Estate Leader.
