Martine helped us to navigate a very difficult market and helped us to buy our new home much quicker than we expected. Martine also helped us to narrow our focus and clarify what we really needed and wanted in a home, which was something we had been struggling to do on our own. This was invaluable! Buying a house is stressful, but Martine alleviated so much of that stress for us by helping us stay on track with reminders, frequent communication, and she was extremely responsive whenever we had questions or concerns. During the negotiation process with the seller, it was clear that Martine was an advocate for our best interests, helping us to arrive at a purchase agreement that was just right for us. Martine brings all of this to the table- plus she's smart, funny, and a blast to work with!

I was referred through another friend and we are so glad we decided to work with them. Professional, communication is great, very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall Martine was an amazing realtor. They helped us to sell our condo and purchase our home. They went above and beyond to be of service and I highly recommend, and have to friends who are also searching. Not only did they make the process easy, but even after we moved in and needed assistance with finding contractors and things - they helped us right away.

I had a wonderful experience buying a house with Martine's help. I am a single, first time home buyer new to the area. Buying a house was scary to me, there was a lot of terminology and numbers to wrap my head around. I was definitely intimidated by the process. Martine was super patient, answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable. She was super thorough when we went to see houses. She took a lot of time pointing out potential problems and solutions. She's direct, laid back, kind and friendly. She's also got the scoop on everything Irvington! I'd highly recommend you use her for your home search.
