These days real estate transactions are burdened by a host of documents to be reviewed and signed. Representations by the Seller, representations by the Buyer, disclaimers by the Escrow company, by your broker’s real estate company and by every other entity associated with the transaction. If you haven’t been part of a transaction for a while, you may be surprised to learn about all the new laws and regulations (and fees) that apply. Marty took the time to learn just what we were looking for and why. Marty patiently showed us many properties to see our reaction and better understand our desires.

Plumbers, electricians, security, landscape, painters, decorators, furniture, HVAC, Marty can help you navigate all of these specialties. We made use of a number of his trusted contacts. Marty met with us and with the contractor and made sure that they understood exactly what we wanted. We are very satisfied with the quality of their work and their prices.

I can’t say that a real estate transaction will ever be completely stress free, but it was a sincere pleasure to have Marty help us through. Thank you, Marty!

Working with Marty has been a great experience. There is often a perception that agents collect a commission for not doing that much work. The opposite is true of Marty. He has poured his heart and soul into my deal. I’m sure he has multiple other deals going on, but it feels like he is working exclusively on mine. He responds quickly, has visited the condo I am selling literally dozens of times on my behalf, visited suppliers, spoken with the HOA, my office, found a buyer, found a tenant, everything. I will continue to go to Marty for my future transactions and highly recommend working with him.

Marty really came in and saved the day with our father's home in Beverly Hills. I have known Marty since we were kids and I knew he was the right person to go to for reshaping the approach to the sale and sure enough after we made the changes that were in our budget to accomplish the hold sold quickly with a short escrow. Marty is one of the most responsive and hard working realtors I have ever come across. You never fell like he is working for his commission. You always feel like he is working for you and if the deal closes because you are happy, he will get a commission. If it doesn't close and he misses out on the commission, oh well, but he will not push a bad deal through so that he earns his commission. Just closed our third deal and I won't do a deal without him. Thanks for all the hard work and dedication Marty.
