We are so incredibly thankful that we found Mary Ann! Buying or selling a home is always stressful, especially in this crazy area in which we live. I contacted multiple realtors before we met with Mary Ann, and I was told that we really needed to use someone who specialized in mountain houses. However, as soon as my husband and I met with Mary Ann we knew that she was better than all of those who “specialize.” She knows everything! We looked all around the Santa Cruz mountains before switching directions and looking at the coast. She did not hesitate to search or to drive all over creation with us to help us find the perfect home. Mary Ann is super knowledgeable, always quick to respond, and an all-around joy to work with. We would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor from San Jose to Santa Cruz to Half Moon Bay. She can do it all, and she does it all well! We have worked with several realtors in the past. In my experience, there are some terrible realtors, many decent realtors, but only a handful of amazing realtors. Mary Ann is one of the best!
