Mary Beth was amazing to work with during and after our process! We were first time homebuyers and had no idea what we were walking into, but Mary Beth was able to help guide us through the process and connect us with the right people and was always available to answer our (many) questions. We had a nightmare of a mortgage application/closing process due to our lender, but Mary Beth was able to connect all parties and ensure our offer accepted and eventually closed on! Highly recommended!

Mary Beth is a top notch real estate specialist - she knows the Boston market very well, works hard to get you what you want, is a great person to be around, and will not put you in a position of a poor decision. If in Mary Beth's hands, you can be assured every aspect is covered, whether she's helping you buy or sell. Or both! She got us our dream home and sold our previous home in a matter of 13 days. In Boston, there are a lot of agents out there. If you want to be well informed and confident in your agent, Mary Beth is the way to go. We will not be moving for many years to come, but if and when we do, she is our go to without question and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Simply the best! I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Mary Beth Kelly and Donahue Realty Group. I was a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. I met with a couple of realtors before Mary Beth, but knew instantly that she was the one for me. From day 1, MBK was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. She truly listened to what I wanted and gently reminded me if I was going astray which was much appreciated. You feel as if you are her only client, I don't know how she does it. All throughout the negotiations and closing MBK was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen.

I never felt forced to make an offer and when I finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, MBK walked me through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that I write a letter to the sellers to explain why I thought they should choose me. That letter got me the place. I couldn't be happier with my experience and would recommend her to anyone.

As a new Green Card holder, I was keen to buy my first home in the US but was having no luck. I decided to team up with Mary Beth and within a week we had found a fantastic property in Back Bay, replete with parking and gorgeous river views. MB and the team shepherded me through a hectic round of offers over the course of a weekend and just four days after first viewing the condo, I was ‘sale agreed’! Throughout the process I always felt like their top priority and a valued client although it was our first time partnering together and we were up against/operating in a competitive and busy marketplace. I would not hesitate to work with her again!
