Mary Breuer

My name is Mary Breuer, and I'm proud to be an agent at Resident Realty! Ive wanted to be a real estate agent since the age of six when my family moved for the first time: I thought our Realtor had the coolest job in the world. Id look through the real estate ads in the local Sunday paper (shout out to the Reporter Herald), and I would circle the ones I thought my parents would like with my crayons. Im not sure whether it was to encourage my efforts or because they actually wanted to see the property, but we ended up looking at and buying a house I had circled in the newspaper. My parents and siblings still live there, actually. It was then that I realized I wanted to be a real estate agent! My hometown is Loveland, but I graduated from Colorado State University (GO RAMS) with a degree in Business Administration concentrating in Real Estate and Finance and a minor in Spanish.
