Mary Canavan

In 1989, Mary started one of the most interesting adventures of her life. She began her real estate career as the market soared out of the troubled ’80s with its high-interest rates, through the earthquake, the Oakland fire, the careening heated market of the late ’90s, the dot.com bust, the housing meltdown, and the resurgent market that exists in the 20teens. She has learned problem-solving, negotiation skills, market eco-systems, the whys of how things work. She not only knows the nubbins of the market, the financing, the strategies, she also knows how to build the communities where people can live happily. She is proud of what she does, and strives to make sure each buyer and seller has a transition that launches them into the next phase of their lives feeling good about their situation.
