When I began house shopping, I wasn't sure that I even needed my own realtor. There are multiple websites that make house shopping easy, right? But Mary was amazing. One thing I learned is that it's tremendously helpful to have a realtor with extensive experience and connections. Once she found the perfect house for me, her experience and research gave me confidence in knowing that I was making the right offer at the right price. Then she coached me through negotiations, helping me think everything through. When something unexpected came up during the inspection, she made a phone call on the spot, and in a minute I was connected with an experienced plumber who helped me figure out what to do. She stayed on top of everything. The entire process went smoothly and quickly.

And, bonus... I had a blast working with her!

I hope to never, ever leave this house, but if I do, Mary will be my first phone call.

Mary, is the best of the best in real estate agents. I recently moved to the Denver area from Maryland. Mary worked with me to identify the perfect community to live in along the Front Range and to find the right home in that community. Mary was quite prepared and welcoming when I arrived in the area for the first time and immediately began to show me various areas of Denver based on my criteria. She was spot on with her recommendations given her thorough knowledge of the area. She also showed me a homes that fit my criteria which was a high bar and the second house I looked at was hands down the perfect home. Mary is a joy to work with. She is thorough, professional and experienced in every aspect of the search, the negotiation, financing, inspection, and closing. We had some glitches with the seller and she worked diligently to help mitigate. Mary is quite responsive what ever hour of the day and she took all the burden off of me. She is a “doer”. Her knowledge of home design and construction from her early experience coupled with 30+ years as an agent equip her with extraordinary knowledge and an unusual practicality. This was especially helpful during the inspection. I recommend whole heartedly that you consider Mary to represent you in buying or selling your home.

I cannot say enough good things about Mary! She made our home-buying process as smooth as possible. Mary took us under her wing and guided us through the whole thing, but also taught and empowered us along the way. There is no one I would trust more than Mary- she made us feel more like family than clients. Mary is absolutely wonderful. She helped us buy our home and it was the best experience we found what e needed within our timeline and she went out of her way to show us as many as possible with our crazy work schedule.

Then a few years later she helped us sell that first home! The process was so smooth as we were out of state at that time and she communicated so well and made sure everything was taken care of and sold so quickly!
