Mary Corcoran is an amazing agent. She helped me find the perfect home for my family in a tough real estate market. She was knowledgeable, patient, and flexible. I loved her expertise when it can to putting in offers and making sure everything was perfect for closing. I also loved her ability to connect with myself and family. I worked with two other realtors before Mary, and the service she provided in comparison was impeccable.

Mary was fantastic to work with. She is one of the most responsive realtors I have ever worked with. Even after closing, when there were numerous issues with the home (which was new construction), Mary proved to be the only reliable resource in helping me get those addressed and remains engaged in the project one month after closing.

That normally does not happen. Normally, after closing, the agent is gone. Not Mary. She was incredible in working out the issues and holding the builder accountable for their work. She truly cares about her clients during the sales process and after. When I begin the search for another property in the area, it will be with Mary.

Mary is very organized and follows through every step of the way. She took the time to understand my concerns throughout the buying process and coordinated with the builder to make a difficult process extremely easy. It was a pleasure to work with a true professional who really has your best interest and the knowledge to resolve any issues without delay. I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Mary Corcoran. I’m a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about buying a house. I met with a realtor years ago before Mary, but knew instantly that Mary was the one for me and she would get the job done. She is honest and hands-on, she’s really helping to take the pressure off finding the perfect home.

I haven’t felt forced to make an offer and, Mary has walked me through every step of the negotiation process and more. I have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and I always recommend Mary to them!
