Mary is nothing short of a miracle worker! Was able to get an amazing deal (under asking) on our home by being absolutely relentless and single-handedly made it happen! Could not have asked for a better advocate through the whole process and was constantly available to answer question and push things forward.

When we moved here Mary came highly recommended as the best in Colorado from trusted contacts in the industry and she exceeded all expectations.

Mary is the greatest. She was such an amazing advocate during the buying process. She was quick to respond, always patient, and incredibly effective in negotiations. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She knows the market and how best to navigate it. I firmly believe my wife and I were able to buy a great house in such a crazy market only because of Mary.

The first time I reached out to Mary, she answered immediately and from there on out she was very approachable and responsive. She is a consummate professional. The process went so smoothly (from the start of the search of the house until closing it took us only 3 weeks!) and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the process and is a great resource. She offered her opinion when I asked and helped me to consider things I hadn’t thought of. She was a rock for me in a very stressful time of choosing the right home and negotiations. I always felt like Mary had my best interests in mind.
