Welcome to Downeast Maine! Mary has lived here all her life and LOVES the DOWNEAST region. Fresh air, stars at night, walks in the woods, swimming in the lakes or ocean, leaves changing colors, apple picking, holidays with family, playing in the snow, gathering with friends, some quiet downtime, the anticipation of spring, growing flowers and vegetables, planting the gardens, and completing the circle of doing it all over again! Every year, the changing seasons have their ups and downs, but Mary would not trade it for anything. She loves her family and has three children and nine grandchildren who keep her running. The little ones are her sunshine and it amazes her to watch them learn and play. Mary and her husband have an antique/gift group store in Cherryfield and are involved in many projects that their town does. They love that they can visit any place in the world but can always come home to the small town living!
