Mary Lou Till

Forty years combined experience in real estate sales and financing has placed Mary Lou in a unique position to help clients negotiate and obtain the best possible results when buying or selling a home. Whether helping buyers visualize, renovate, repair, remodel or 'fix-to-sell', or helping buyers acquire their dream home, she offers the expertise, knowledge, and resources to help increase and maximize home values before, during, and after a purchase. A Saint Mary's College business graduate, she has lived, worked, and raised a family in the Lamorinda area. She recognizes the value of great schools and the positive influence education has in the community. Being a proud CoCoCounty resident, she served as president of the Rotary Club of Lafayette during the 2020-2021 pandemic, and concentrated on serving the under-recognized communities whose lives were impacted the most. These organizations included, both financially and with hands-on assistance, Meals on Wheels, Monument Crisis Center, Project Dignity, Trinity Center, Hope Solutions, the Salvation Army, and Las Trampas School. The skies over Lafayette now fly the United States Flag on Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Veterans Day, in partnership with the Lafayette merchants and residents. She is proud to call the East Bay her home, and looks forward to introducing you to the neighborhood.
