Listening to clients is crucial to meeting and anticipating their needs. If they are buying, Mary will help them meet all of their requirements and make the budget work. For sellers, Mary helps them look at the total picture in order to get top dollar. Selling situations can be complicated, in which case, Mary helps point her clients to appropriate resources or solutions to difficult situations.
It is important to her to make sure her clients get all the attention they need, so Mary only services a number of clients at a time. Referrals are the lifeline of the real estate business, so reputation is crucial. Though Mary handles most interactions personally, Mary does collaborate with associates as needed.
She is experienced in many areas of real estate. including single family homes, condos, 2-4 flats, commercial, mixed use and multi-family, leasing and property management, new construction, accessible housing, fix-ups and flips and more.
When not working, Mary enjoys attending music performances as well as making music myself.
Her son, Sam, is her heart. He is now an adult and has Down Syndrome and Arthritis. While there are certainly challenges, life with Sam continues to open a world of wonderful groups and people to grace their lives.
