About Mary

For more than 35 years Mary Ralls has been helping people buy and sell homes in the South Bay. Starting her career as a Realtor in 1972, Ralls worked for more than 10 years until taking a brief absence from her career to raise her two sons.

Constantly educating herself, Ralls attends at least one seminar a month, and is an Accredited Buyer's Representative and has completed her GRI designation, graduate of the Real Estate Institute. "In a competitive field, I think it is so important to constantly educate yourself, you need to have that extra edge of what is going on in the market." Although Ralls said her career demands a lot of hours and hard work, she said she loves it and encourages anyone who is interested to give it a try. "What people have to know when they start in this business, is that it's not as easy as they think, you really have to work hard, you don't just show up at an open house and sell it, there is a lot of work involved," she said. "It's not just a job, it's who you become."
