Mary Roth

Mary Roth is a real estate advisor and member of the EB Team at Compass with diverse industry experience and a unique perspective. Mary puts the roster of skills gained through over a decade in the business to work for her clients, earning a sterling reputation along the way. She is passionate about getting to know each of her clients and being a trusted guide through one of the most important decisions in their lives. Mary believes in a personalized approach and the importance of fostering long-lasting relationships with clients and peers. By efficiently and effectively communicating and negotiating between buyers, sellers, renters, and landlords, Mary enables clients to successfully and enjoyably achieve their real estate objectives.

From a young age, Mary would take frequent trips to Manhattan and developed an interest in New York City history and architecture. She spent her free time scouring real estate listings in the city and admiring the agents, making it clear she was on the path to becoming an agent herself. Mary graduated from the Lehigh University College of Business and Economics. Mary joined a major brokerage after graduating and then went on to work at a real estate auction company which diversified her real estate knowledge and expanded her skill sets.

Prior to college, Mary was a competitive equestrian show jumper traveling the country and earning numerous national championships which taught her the diligence, focus, and tenacity she practices in her role as an agent. While not in the field, she still enjoys the sport today along with exploring the city with her adored Shiba Inu who found each other at an adoption agency in Union Square. Currently residing in Gramercy, Mary has lived in many neighborhoods across Manhattan. She has a great appreciation for all the city has to offer and the tremendous history that has brought the city to where it is today. Mary is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and a proud supporter of several animal welfare organizations.
