Mary went above and beyond for us during our house hunting journey . She traveled over and over to show us different houses (even multiple times to view the same house ) . She advised us when making offers, and communicated every step of the buying process. When offers were denied , she continued to stay positive and reminded us to not give up. I explained everything I was looking for and she had no issues at all finding properties that suited me. She's very professional and always available to answer any questions,. Buying our first home we didn't know what to expect. You hear how stressful it can be and all you want to do is find your "forever home" and start a new chapter. Mary made us feel so comfortable and took the stress out of shopping. She would set up multiple houses for us and take the time to tell us about the areas we were looking at. I had a client selling their home and moving to an area I wasn’t as familiar with. Knowing Mary covers that area, I referred my clients to her. She’s a pleasure to work with, very client oriented and my clients connected with her right away. It’s so stressful on clients when they need to find their new home but must list their current home first so that they aren’t contingent buyers. This market doesn’t have room for contingent buyers. Their home sale happened quickly with multiple offers with my clients taking an over asking price offer. Mary was able to meet with them right away and find their new home quickly paying special attention to their needs and wants. She took them through negotiations resulting in an accepted offer and through any inspection issues to finalize the deal. Our clients were very happy sellers and buyers. I’d refer to Mary again and I hope we work together again soon.

We were blessed to find Mary as a realtor. We were first time home buyers and knew nothing going into this process. She guided us through from beginning to end, and we always felt like she had our best interest in mind.

Mary went above and beyond by going to the town hall to get us details about our home that weren't disclosed by the seller. She made herself available by answering calls/texts on weekends and nights.
