We couldn’t have worked with anyone better than Maryann and her team. As the sellers, we were treated as a family selling their home and not just another house to get on and off the market as soon as possible. Although it sold in a very short time, Maryann never pressured us and always listened to our needs. Her knowledge, not just of selling real estate, but of construction and improvements necessary to facilitate the sale, made for a smooth and pleasant process. Maryann’s efforts gave us all we could have asked for.

MaryAnn's years of experience was apparent from our first meeting. She was able to answer all questions regarding real estate law and the general workings of the overall process relieving any of our apprehension.
MaryAnn setup and orchestrated a competitive showing which showed the buyers they needed to act quickly to our benefit. One of the things I liked most was her accessibilty via phone or text early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
Her attention to detail and communication skills made sure that the process of listing, inspections, certificates, tax payments, and credits were addressed by the appropriate parties.
I would recomend her services to family and friends.
