Our overall experience with Mary was incredible. She surpassed every one of our expectations. We were in the market to buy our first home and had more than enough questions to be answered. She was quick to address our concerns and left us feeling at ease. While working with us, it was apparent she had the necessary experience and was extremely knowledgeable in her work. When showing us homes, she did more than point out the selling points but gave us an honest and comprehensive tour. She didn't want to sell us any home, but one she knew we'd love. She pointed out potential concerns about properties we visited (or thought about visiting) and told us what we should follow up on. Her communication was terrific. She was straightforward on what tasks we needed to complete as our closing date arrived, and never forgot to follow up. My husband and I highly recommend Mary to anyone looking for a home, whether it's your first or tenth. We are beyond grateful for all Mary did for us, and we couldn't have asked for anyone better. We love our home!

Mary was very professional in my recent transaction that involved a home purchase over state lines. In addition, the purchased property was in an area that involved home contingency tests such as radon, septic, etc. and she kept the process moving forward...even so far as to finding a local contact for my future lawn servicing needs. The home purchase closed on time with no issues, and Mary followed up to ensure we are satisfied with our recent purchase.

Maryellen was a WONDERFUL person to work with. We are moving to the area from out of state and she has helped every step of the way. Going above and beyond to answer questions, be there when we need advice, advise on companies to use and so much more. I would recommend her for buying or selling a house.
