While I am proud of the work that went into earning awards as a Platinum Top 50 and Real Producers 500 winner with over $100M in career real estate sales, I built my business strategically to serve my clients with peerless marketing, guidance through things like the contracts, and old fashioned hustle finding buyers for the properties I am selling and finding properties for my buyers.
For my sellers, I utilize on my skills as a marketer to go above and beyond the MLS to get your home in front of as many actual buyers as possible, get them excited enough about it to come see it, and then work to sell it. As a very strong believer in the story-telling ability of video, my staff includes a full time videographer to use lifestyle-first marketing video tours of all of my listings; no matter the price point. Video, alongside strategic professional photography, and old fashioned hustle to get your listing in front of buyers and the realtors that are working for buyers, together works to get your home sold for the most money possible.
