About Massimo
Massimo offers his clients an exceptional level of care and dedication throughout the entire real estate transaction, as well as after the sale closes. As a senior partner of The Nolan Group at Vanguard Properties, Massimo and his team consistently rank among the top five teams for all of San Francisco. In 2020, Massimo and his team represented over 75 buyers and sellers, totaling over $150 million in sales. Individually, Massimo ranks among the top 2% of Realtors in San Francisco.
The real estate profession based on relationships. Whether it be with a financial advisor, insurance agent, landlord-tenant attorney, or gardener, Massimo has spent years cultivating these relationships so that his clients can leverage them and have a seamless real estate experience. He understands how stressful the buying or selling process can be, and he prides himself on thorough and concise communication to help make life easier for his clients. Step one of the process is to layout a road map with a clear path to achieve the clients’ goals, and Massimo’s nine years of practice provide him with the skill and knowledge to help his clients get there. When working with Massimo, you can expect he will be a tough negotiator for you and you will get you the best price possible.
Massimo loves the rewarding feeling of having the opportunity to assist his clients in choosing the right investment and being part of such an important decision. He has in-depth experience in selling various property types in San Francisco, including condominiums, new construction developments, tenancy-in-common (TICs), and multi-unit buildings.
After graduating from San Jose State University in 2007, Massimo worked on the development side of real estate at a transportation planning firm. From there he landed at Vanguard Properties and has enjoyed the culture of being at a fiercely independent and locally owned brokerage, and the flexibility it provides his clients. As a homeowner in the Castro District, Massimo spends his time meeting clients in cafes in the neighborhood as well as in the Mission District, and enjoys traveling the world with his partner. Massimo is a contributor to charitable causes including the San Francisco AIDS Foundation, Human Rights Campaign, Alzheimer’s Association, and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, among others.
