Matt was absolutely outstanding when it came to finding us our new home with the stressful time crunch of the holidays. He helped us get it all done just in time for Christmas!

If you’re looking for more of a personable, laid back realtor, he is definitely your guy. He took his time to actually get to know us on a personal level, even took us out to breakfast to get to know us, and explain what the whole house buying process will look like. He also surprised us with pumpkin pie and Christmas presents! It really blew us away. If your realtor isn’t doing that, then you my friend, need to call Matt.

All jokes aside, this man is an incredibly hard working family man and definitely deserves some praise. Home buying is a very long stressful process and it’s nice to go into it with a friend and knowing someone is taking good care of you. Thank you Matt so much for everything you have done for our family.

Matt is an amazing realtor! He’s great at his job and very thorough. He answers any questions you have immediately and is very personable. He helped my husband and I sell our house (accepted an offer) within two weeks after our house being posted for sale, and was able to bring the closing date up two weeks before the original time frame. This is the second time we’ve used him (three times total) and absolutely loved having him as our realtor and would recommend him to anyone!

My name is Courtney Reagan and my husband is Eric Reagan! Matt and I use to run around in the same group of friends in high school ( back in the day lol ) So when my husband and I decided we were wanting to buy our forever home... I automatically thought of Matt! Not only is he a great guy but an amazing realtor and was so helpful and told us to not give up because he was going to find us the home we wanted and he did just that! On closing not only did he give us a very nice " welcome to your new home basket " but he also gave us a very nice card two 2 gift cards! If you are interested/ wanting to buy a new home ( especially right now with how crazy the housing market has been ) I'm 100% telling you to have Matt be you realtor! He definitely goes all out for his clients and you can tell how much he loves his job and isn't just doing it for the money! He truly cares about you and your needs and wants and he never once tried to push more expensive homes on us! We will never be able to thank Matt enough for everything he did for us!!!

Matt & I met while he was working as a paramedic and I was in my EMT class. Matt and I immediately became friends and have stayed connected through the years. So, when it came time for me to buy my first house, it was no question who I was going to go with. As soon as I got pre-approved, I called him and told him what my budget was and what I was looking for. Within minutes of us getting off the phone, he texted me links to multiple houses. It didn’t matter to him that I was looking an hour away from where he lives. He came and looked at every single house with me and made the experience a GREAT one. I’d buy 50 houses through him if I could. He was very responsive, professional, patient, and knowledgeable about what I needed to do as a first time home buyer. As soon as I found my home, it was done, done and done! Such a great experience, I truly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. He will NOT let you settle for something you’re not 1,000% happy with. Move with Matt! You won’t regret it!
