Real Estate has been the foundation of Matthew’s life while growing up as the son of a successful Real Estate Broker for over 50+ years.

Integrity, honesty, and quality customer service were ingrained in his persona at a young age.

In 2002, Matthew joined forces with his brother Mark Allen to create a simple and highly effective “One Stop Shop” approach to Real Estate. Quality customer service and a trustworthy relationship with their customers have always been the main focus of their business.

Matthew has attained many of the highest designations and standards the Real Estate industry offers. As A Broker-Associate, Matthew holds a distinguished title as a Graduate of the Realtor Institute. He is also an Accredited Buyer Representative and Certified as a Short Sale Specialist.

Matthew and his team have vast experience and concentrations for Buyers and Sellers in lake-front homes, luxury real estate, golf communities, foreign national investors, relocation, and first-time homebuyers in and around the Windermere, Winter Garden, Bay Hill, and Dr. Phillips area. They have successfully worked with almost every segment of Buyers and Sellers in Central Florida.

As a resident of Dr. Phillips, Matthew & his wife Amy are very active in the community and are also the owners of the Allen’s Creamery & Coffeehouse in Downtown Windermere since 2008. They are also involved in several committees and charities in and around Southwest Orlando. They are an ambassador family for Winnie Palmer Hospital and The Children’s Miracle network.

Matthew has a lot of passions in life including spending time with his wife Amy, son, and Goldendoodle named Molly! They love to travel, go camping, visit Disney world and put together a frightful display every Halloween!

Orlando Health and Winnie Palmer Hospital have been a very important part of our lives since 2013! Their son was born at just 23 weeks and weighed only 1lb,4oz. He spent 126 Days in the WPH NICU unit. Today he is a happy healthy boy thanks to our miracle workers! They can never thank or repay them for what they did for us. They have been donating our time and efforts ever since doing multiple fundraisers and attending lots of events to raise money and awareness. They are also an ambassador family for Children’s Miracle Network.
