Real estate is about more than just structures and space. It is more than sticks in the dirt or the latest HGTV/DIY craze. Real estate is about people. Matt likes to believe that the homes that he helps his clients find are like “vessels” that hold their lives. That home is more than just a place to keep their belongings – it becomes a part of who they are. Matt has been selling real estate in the Twin Cities for 14 years and he has the best job in the world! During this time he has been able to work in almost every aspect of real estate from traditional sales and property management, to new construction and renovation. These experiences have given him vision and knowledge that he is able to share with clients each and every day. Matt is an experienced advisor that can help clients with both residential AND commercial real estate needs. As part of his “give back” to the community, he served on the Minneapolis Zoning Board of Adjustments for 9 years. During that time he received the educational experience and insight into commercial real state and city planning that was invaluable to growing the commercial side of his real estate business. When Matt is not selling real estate, he is a co-ringleader with his wife, Emily, in the circus that is known as “their household” featuring three children ages 13, 11 and 7. There is never a dull moment and they would not want it any other way! Free time passions include travel, snowboarding and heading up north to spend time with the family at the cabin.
