Matt Havers

Matt came to Flat Fee Real Estate after a fulfilling golf career, where he won numerous awards from the Vermont PGA. Prior to his golf career Matt held several sales positions in both New England and the Mid-Atlantic. Matt brings his years of sales experience and his years of working in a one-on-one teaching environment together in his real estate career. Matt not only understands sales but thanks to his many years of teaching and providing guidance, he understands people. Matt blends empathy and understanding to help relieve the stress and anxiety of buying and selling. He also can use his sales experience to help negotiate the best possible terms for his clients.

Matt lives in South Burlington, Vermont with his wife Sarah and their two children. In his spare time, Matt coaches South Burlington Little League Baseball and continues his passion for golf, albeit for fun rather than awards now. Matt is a lifelong Red Sox and New England Patriots fan and enjoys getting to Fenway and Foxboro as often as he can.
