Matt was incredibly helpful throughout the buying process. He showed me multiple properties over the course of several weeks, offered advice and kept me updated constantly. When it came time to submit an offer, he was up till late in the evening on a weekend working up a contract to help get my offer in as quickly as possible. Matt Kilmer recently helped find my forever home. It was a process for a few months. He always made us feel so comfortable after showing us numerous homes. We were very picky and he would say it’s out there we would find it.

As a first-time homebuyer, my experience with Matt was awesome me or my husband wasn't the easiest person to work with not sure how Matt was able to deal with us lol but he definitely did and did it very well. If you are looking for someone who responds back to your many questions day or night Matt would be the person it wasn't one time he didn't reply back to me unless he was helping someone else but that was my number one thing was the communication I will give him 20 stars if I could he was awesome thank you for everything Matt we were blessed to have you as our realtor!!! He paid for professional photos that turned our fixer upper into a Cinderella palace. He helped us get more then we expected and stopped by the house anytime we needed, even to check on the pool.
