Matt Kloster

Matt has been with Almon Commercial since 2006 and has been instrumental working alongside Bill Almon, Jr., in helping the brokerage grow. While active in traditional brokerage services and a market expert in retail, office and industrial sales and leasing, Matt’s niche where he spends the majority of his time is in commercial property management, wherein he’s the most active local broker in such and typically manages in excess of 300,000SF of commercial properties at any given time.
