As a Colorado State University graduate with a focus in finance and real estate, real estate has always been his passion. Starting on a foreclosure team in 2008 that sold 400 homes to the boom that has followed, he has seen both sides of the market. He is active in helping investors and he also personally invests in fix and flips and rentals. He has a knack for finding off market opportunities for his clients. A recipient of multiple awards, and consistently a top solo producer in his office, Matt focuses on providing his clients a one-on-one approach from start to finish. Matt showcases his homes on his website and utilizes a team of professional service providers to assist with his clients’ buying and selling needs, including stagers, painters, designers, handymen, and inspectors. He is responsive, thorough, and detail-oriented — and he will personally be alongside you every step of the way. When he is not busy working with clients or locating investment properties, he is enjoying the Colorado outdoors. His wife, Lori, and their 3 daughters love to go camping and fishing with their family. He also enjoys sailing here in Colorado if you can believe it. His team has won both the Dillon and Aspen regattas.
