I'm a founding partner of Fair Trade Real Estate and a passionate entrepreneur. Since launching my company in July 2020, we have acquired more than 2,000 properties across California and become the leading wholesale real estate company in the state.

At Fair Trade Real Estate, we have built a business centered on transparency, trust, and creating win-win deals. We buy homes from brokers, agents, small wholesale operators, and homeowners directly. Our approach to wholesale real estate includes being a market maker in the space and taking title to the properties before reselling them to local investors.

With a deep understanding of the California market and a hands-on approach to leadership, Matthew is all about making real estate work for everyone involved. When he’s not working on growing the business, you’ll find him engaged in mastermind groups across the real estate space.

Matthew lives in beautiful Long Beach, CA, with his wife, Megan, and two children.
