Matt is a third generation Austinite with a passion for real estate. His grandfather owned an oil company before becoming a commercial developer and owner of warehouse leasing spaces throughout the state. His father was an Administrative Law Judge for the State of Texas, while his mother was a high school Assistant Principal for Round Rock ISD for over 20 years. Together, they taught him the importance of honesty, challenging work, and integrity in everything you do. While he grew up working on his family's residential and commercial rental properties, Matt did not fall in love with construction until he built an outdoor classroom for Summitt Elementary as his Eagle Project with the Boy Scouts of America. That classroom is still in use by the school's students and teachers today.
Matt received a full scholarship to Texas Tech University for Academics, where he graduated with a triple major in Finance, Economics, and Business. After a short stint in banking, he decided to follow his true passion and switch to a career in real estate, where he has sold and closed hundreds of homes over the last decade for his clients. Matt has worked on everything from new construction builds to 1940's bungalows, 100+ acre ranches, to designing custom homes from the ground up across Central Texas.
