Matt was referred to me by a colleague from work when I was looking for a real estate agent. So glad I asked for her guy! I have never bought or sold a house before and it had been at least a decade for my husband so it all felt confusing. Matt is really good at explaining things so don’t hesitate to ask him questions. When I reached out, he was speedy on a response! It was so impressive. He is also super knowledgeable and helpful. Anytime I needed help with paperwork, finding a mover, house repairs he was more than happy to help. He goes above and beyond! I know that people say that all the time but seriously he consistently went above and beyond. I am so blessed he was our agent. Matt and his team were spectacular! Matt did a great job from start to finish. He has a really good eye during walkthroughs, he noticed things that I would never have thought to look for. Any questions we had for him were answered clearly and promptly, he provided solid support throughout the drama of entering bids in a very aggressive market, and he maintained excellent contact with us the entire time we worked with him. He even fielded calls from us while he was on family vacation and had a teammate ready to show us properties while he was out of town. I would absolutely recommend!

YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER AGENT! Okay, but seriously Matt went above and beyond when selling our home. I mean does your agent come pull weeds, lay down mulch to help with appearance, and keep you updated literally every step of the process? Cause Matt does. I can't recommend him more! He is very professional, explained everything thoroughly through the whole process, held open houses, sprayed information on social media to get hype before listing - I mean you think of it he did it. There were so many showings in 24 hours it was unreal. Matt thank you for everything you did for us to sell the home. You made the process as stress-free as it could be and that's all anyone can ask for. Matt will work harder then any other agent you find - hands down.

Matt helped us through the process as first time homebuyers, and made sure that we understood what was happening on every step of the way. He gave genuine professional feedback on every house we toured which is so appreciated as young buyers. He was responsive to calls and texts at all times of the day, and had thorough answers to any questions. Ultimately, he found and facilitated purchasing a FSBO home, and we could not be happier now that we are settling in! The group also has a moving truck that sellers/buyers can reserve at no additional costs, which helped make the whole moving process easier.
