Meet the Dalke Home Group - a husband and wife real estate team based in Peachtree City, Georgia

Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, my journey in sales and customer service began at just 13 years old. In 2010, I moved to Georgia to pursue motorcycle racing—and soon after, I decided to make the Peach State my permanent home. Fueled by a passion for real estate and design, I earned my real estate license in 2013 and have been committed to the industry ever since.

As a natural people person, I find genuine joy in guiding buyers and sellers through one of the most important milestones in life—homeownership. I believe that great work stems from loving what you do, and that philosophy drives every client interaction. My strength lies in communication, building lasting relationships, and making sure every client feels supported and confident throughout their journey. Many clients become lifelong friends, and that’s something I truly value.

Prior to co-founding Dalke Home Group, I served as the Listing Manager for one of the most successful Keller Williams teams in the Southeastern U.S., gaining invaluable experience in high-volume, results-driven real estate. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me cycling around town and enjoying the Georgia landscape.

I met my wife, Karen, through real estate—she’s been a licensed agent since 2009. After years of working independently, we combined our complementary strengths to form Dalke Home Group. Karen brings a wealth of expertise in operations, contracts, and transaction management. Her background includes mentoring new agents, working as a real estate coach, and owning a transaction coordination business that supported some of the top agents in our market. Today, she leads the contract-to-close process, ensuring every detail is handled with precision and care.

Together, we’ve helped more than **800 families** buy or sell their homes. This experience has given us the knowledge, systems, and intuition to anticipate our clients’ needs and deliver an exceptional real estate experience.
