This guy is great . Bought a home from him made it very easy and now selling one with him. Getting the house ready he was very helpful dealing with contractors to pulling weeds. I am sure not to many agents pull weeds . He has a great attitude and literally willing to do anything for you . If you need a agent give Matthew a call . Matt was extremely knowledgeable about the home buying/selling process and the housing market. He juggled calls from us and interested buyers at all times of day to ensure we were never in the dark during the process and had every opportunity to capture prospective buyers. We’ve used a number of different realtors with a few bad experiences but Matt’s hard work resulted in the best property sale experience we’ve had to date! I would encourage anyone to contact Matt even if you’re just curious about either selling or buying a home. He’s very personable and easy going and enjoys chatting with people.

Matthew is an amazing realtor. He worked with us for 3 months straight almost every weekend to find our home; even over the holidays. Working with Matthew was a very nice experience. I’ve found too many realtors concerned about their own selves and not the client their representing. I never once felt this way from Matthew. He always showed my concerns and input was what was most valued in representing me as a buyer. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent!!!

I could not have imagined a better first-time home buying experience than the one that I had with Matthew. Even in the crazy market he was strategic in submitting offers, ideas, and staying within price point. Matt was very upfront, honest, and professional. We searched literally for eight months to find a place and never once did he doubt the ability or lose momentum. Always was available to answer my questions whether it was at 7 am or 10 pm; he made sure he was available for his client. If you are looking for an honest, competent, professional with excellent communication skills supported by an amazing team then you should definitely consider Matthew.
