Matthew Firth

Matt Firth, the corporate broker of Terrace Property Management INC., is an intentional business builder who has single-handedly built not only several technology start-ups but has masterfully developed, syndicated and sold a series of commercial buildings across California and Arizona. In 2010, Matthew co-founded JMSred, a Long Beach-based value-add real estate investment company, where, for four years, he served as CFO and designated broker, leaving for larger development projects with Firth Howard and, in 2019, Quail Canyon Venture Partners. Matthew has extensive experience with fundraising, investor relations, financial management, and investment entity creation and operation; he brings his passion and deep skill set to his clients to help them strengthen their financial position and strategize for future growth. Matthew is no stranger to hard work; he developed an affinity for entrepreneurship at a young age, observing his father successfully own and operate over a dozen restaurants and a 100-room boutique hotel. Matthew worked for the MaRKeT Restaurant Group from 2010-2014 as the Director of Operations overseeing the boutique hotel and 3 unique restaurant concepts across Tucson and Oro Valley.
