Matthew Freeman

Matt is a fourth-generation Angeleno who has lived and sold real estate in Venice since 2002. Matt has experience renovating numerous homes throughout Los Angeles and brings an expertise in value-add properties to many of his clients – investors, developers, and homeowners, alike. Prior to joining Pardee Properties, Matt worked with DBL Sunset and his own company as broker/owner. His breadth of experience selling homes and understanding the markets across the Los Angeles Area – from Mt. Washington to the beach – makes him uniquely valuable to his clients.

Matt began his professional career in the film industry as an assistant to film producer, Scott Rudin. He went on to work as a film and television producer and executive producing films such as “Go”, “Shelter”, and “The Awakening of Spring”. Matt lives with his daughter Mazzy – and is proud to call Venice home.
