Matt King and the Kentwood team were amazing to work with! Despite going up against the super competitive Denver real estate market, Matt was able to help us land the home of our dreams. I can say with confidence that Matt's industry experience proved invaluable as he was able to help us boost our offer above the competition (which was fierce) via very unique adjustments and additions to the offer; I'm not talking about just more money, he was able to identify small features that indeed ended up being just what the sellers and our situation desired and put our offer above all the rest!
