About Matthew

The Manoogian Group was founded in 2010 by Matthew Manoogian. A native of California, Matt moved to Arizona in 1997 and soon after became a dynamic part of it’s business and real estate culture. During the breakdown of the Arizona real estate market in 2008, Matt chose to help when home owners faced a dyer situation seeking opportunity where most thought there was none. This became a foundation from which the Manoogian Group was created. By understanding and communicating the changing needs of their customers, the team proactively strategized solutions efficiently leveraging technology, cultivating relationships and exercising personal experience to guide clients through one of the toughest times in economic history.

Rising during such a challenging time when most in the industry were falling has served the Manoogian Group and our customers well. Our team has and continues to grow in our ability to serve with a second to none real estate experience resulting in happy home owners and investors throughout Arizona.


Matt Manoogian - Team Lead

Originally from Danville, California, Matt moved to Arizona in 1997 to attend Arizona State University. After graduating, Matt worked at an equipment leasing firm providing financing solutions to various small businesses around the country until an opportunity came up to enter the ever changing world of Real Estate Investing that could not be passed up.

In 2003, Matt and two partners started a business focused on buying homes in the Phoenix Metro Area for short and long term growth. During this time Matt and his team bought and sold over 70 residential properties ranging from condos to single family homes to multi family properties. The focus was on creating a win-win solution in a situation where previous to our involvement there was no hope.

As the Arizona real estate market began to decline, Matt and his business partners agreed to divide up the assets and dissolve the business. During this transition, Matt served as a lender to help people obtain financing to buy or refinance their homes while studying to take the real estate exam and become a licensed Realtor. Serving others with his experience and expertise in finance and real estate investing turned out to be Matt’s true calling.

In 2008, Matt became a Realtor and shortly after started the Manoogian Group. The unique and diverse background Matt brings combined with his commitment to hard work sets the Manoogian Group apart.

In addition to his passion for real estate and investing, Matt enjoys outdoor activities, mentoring, traveling and spending time with friends and family. Matt's foundation both personally and in business is based on two things - Having a Great Attitude and Giving Maximum Effort.
