I am more than happy to endorse Matt. We chose Matt because he was the listing agent for a property that we were interested in. Our expectations were pretty low because we had worked with other agents in the past and we were not impressed with them at all. Matt exceeded our expectations because he actually pointed out things in houses that we had not not noticed and he walked through the houses and had knowledgeable answers to our questions. We were impressed with how Matt was always willing to meet us to suit our schedules, how honest we felt he was, and his very positive attitude. If I were to recommend Matt, (which I will), I would say that he is the best agent we ever had. We have 4 properties so we have experience with agents.

This was the first time i have ever sold a house, and i couldnt be happier that i choose Matt to sell my home. He walked me through the entire process and answered every question i had for him. I dont think this process could have gone any smoother and i give Matt all the credit for that. Matt exceeded all my expectations i had while selling my home. I chose Matt because he was recommended by a good friend. Matt met my expectations and impressed me with his equanimity in handling difficult interactions with the seller and his ability to resolve problems and complete the sale in a timely fashion. I have already recommended Matt to others for his skill, honesty, knowledge of the region and the business and his consistent and articulate communication. His profile picture is a little weird though.
