Never owning a home before I felt stressed trying to figure out where to start. I had a casual conversation with my co worker one day about my life goal of owning a house one day. My co worker recommended Matthew because he was her realtor as well, and she gave me his contact information. Matthew was nothing short of amazing. He called me and explained to me the process and what I had to look forward to. Mathew never sugar coated anything and he laid out information in a language that I understood (ie explanations of different mortgage types, credit, debt, housing structures/qualities etc). Matthew listened to my family needs, wants, and budget and searched for just that. Matthew was very knowledgeable and confident in his responses and negotiations. While time can be a challenge working around work and kids school schedules (they wanted to stay apart of this process), Matthew made time for all viewings and phone calls/questions so that business stayed rolling both ways. My family was never rushed or felt pressured. Matthew made my experience with home buying easy and fun. Our closing day was very rewarding and humbling. Matthew was there every step of the way. I recommend him any day!

Once I let Matt know that I was interested in purchasing a home he was sending me information on homes for sale immediaeley. And even though it took me almost a year to get everything in order to be preapproved he never stopped working for me. If you are looking for a realtor who is extremely knowledgeable and puts all his effort into getting his client the best home at the best price then Matt is the realtor for you.

Matthew was extremely helpful and walked me through every step of the way. I did nothing on my own. He supplied almost every document I needed or sent me a link on where to get it. He explained things to where anyone could understand. He even helped me after I got my home and gave me tips and pointers and offered to lend me some of his personal tools to work with. Amazing realtor and an even better person. Genuinely cares about his clients and their happiness. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for an honest hardworking man. 10/10 would recommend

Let me start out saying that Matthew has been with us for the long-haul! We originally were going to try and list our home for sale in 2015 And unfortunately a series of events prevented us from doing so. Fast forward to February 2020 this year when we decided to reach out to Matthew and try and list our home. Matthew has been and was nothing short of professional, informative, knowledgeable, and sensitive to our needs. When we relocated to Indianapolis, several friends recommended we connect with Matthew Mielke, and we are so glad we did! We moved to Indiana from out of state, so we relied heavily on Matthew to share his knowledge of this area, which is informed both by his many years of experience in real estate and his time serving as a local police officer. Matthew was endlessly patient with all of our questions, and was always friendly and professional.

Matthew is a great communicator, always quick to respond to our emails, texts, and calls. We never had trouble getting in touch with him or scheduling showings. He was generous with his time and worked around our schedule (we were able to look at houses on nights, weekends, and on short notice).

Matthew had a good sense of the value of each home we were interested in, and he helped us think practically about the spaces (especially when I fell too quickly for houses that would not have worked for our family - whew!) Matthew helped us set realistic expectations and gave us excellent guidance for how to navigate this very competitive market - even making sure we didn't overpay for a house. He always gave us information in a levelheaded, non-judgement way, and we are so grateful for his patience with us when changed our minds and adjusted our list of needs/wants/and price range throughout this process.

Thanks to Matthew, we are in love with the house we purchased, and hope to be here for many years to come!
