Whether it was helping us pick our starter town home or helping us stage our home to make the final move to our dream home in Edina, Matt put all his effort to get the job done right. He went as far as helping put together a personal letter in multiple offers and even helped move furniture around to get the pictures just right. Matt was great when it came for my wife and I to buy our first home. We had a lot of questions and concerns when it came to the home buying process, and Matt was always patient enough to answer all our questions promptly; no matter how many times we asked them. He listened to what we wanted in a home and never tried to steer us away from that vision or try and bring us to homes that were more money than what we wanted to look at just so he could make more money. He was willing to drive and set up showings anywhere we wanted to go. Another reason why working with Matt was such a joy is because he is a family man and really understood what my wife (who was pregnant with our first child at the time) and I were going through, and he brought that wisdom into the home buying experience as well. When it was time to consider our second home, we never thought twice about going with any other realtor. Also, every year at Thanksgiving, his company delivers a pie for the holidays; my wife and I love this personal touch. We are so happy in our new home and will always use Matt anytime we need a realtor.
